Renting a Product
Renting exclusive designer handbags and accessories for any occasion is an exciting new concept and iBagzy are delighted to be the first to bring to Northern Ireland a site dedicated to the hire of luxury designer bags and accessories.
Rather than buy a bag for that one special outfit which will probably lie in the bottom of your closet, why not browse our range of rental products and enjoy a different look for all your occasions at a fraction of the price. You can now change your accessories as often as your outfit!!
We hope the process is simple and straight forward and would very much welcome any feedback on improving our service so that your experience is nothing but first class, fun and easy.
BEFORE YOU START HIRING
STEP 1 - REGISTRATION
Becoming a verified customer is a quick and easy process. All you have to do is complete the Registration Form on the website uploading a picture of your photographic ID (eg driving license or passport) and a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement to confirm your postal address. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.
Once your details have been verified by iBagzy you are ready to start shopping.
STEP 2 - BOOKING A BAG
Our products are rented on a weekly basis (5 days) and can be booked and paid for up to 6 months in advance of your special occasion.
Choose your first day of rental from the calendar in the 'From' field on the product page and the system will automatically highlight the 5th day in the 'To' field for a weekly rental. If you are happy with this date then please proceed. Your product will be reserved for the dates chosen and no one else will be able to hire it during this period. We only have one of each product so it will be exclusive to you during your hire period. If you cannot select the date you want this means the product has been already reserved by someone else but please contact us as: dates can change; some products are returned early; and we also allow ourselves some days in between bookings for contingency. If you wish to book for a longer period, please contact us directly.
Please be advised that only one bag can be booked per transaction unless otherwise agreed with us beforehand.
Your bag will be delivered by Royal Mail first class signed for on your first day of rental or by our courier service. You will then be able to enjoy your bag of choice for five days, returning it on the 5th day either by Royal Mail or our Courier service. If you have also rented a hat then our service is pick up or drop off only.
Now the real fun begins; choosing the perfect bag for your perfect look!
STEP 3 - CHECKOUT AND PAYMENT
To enable checkout you must read and accept our Terms and Conditions.
Checkout using Paypal to order the handbag through our secure pages. Shipping will be added during the Paypal stage at £18 which includes first class delivery and return, and in transit insurance. If you have contacted us in advance and we have agreed to waiver the postage then we will amend the website and you can continue without postage costs or you will be reimbursed for this amount. Please be advised that on checking out with Paypal it may give you an option to delay payment for 14 days. If your bag is booked within this 14 day period please do not choose this option as we will be unable to process the transaction.
STEP 4 - CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation email and order number when your payment has been taken and should you have any queries before your rental period commences, please refer to this when you are contacting us.
STEP 5 - RETURNING YOUR BAG
On your last day of rental (day 5) please package your product in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit, including the dust bag, protective packaging and the box, and place it in the return envelope provided. We will email you a postage label if you can please attach this to your parcel. Please take it to a Post Office and receive a proof of postage. The return process and addressed envelope will be enclosed with your package along with the care instructions. In the case of hats, these will have to be returned by hand.
It is essential that you take your bag to the Post Office on the due date to ensure you do not incur any extra costs for late return of bag. We will in most cases be in touch with you to remind you of this.
Special instructions will be provided should your final rental/collection day coincide with a Public Holiday.
At times we may use a courier service which will deliver and pick up your bag directly from you, especially if a bag is required urgently, but this will be discussed with you on booking.
Once we have received the bag and verified that it has not been damaged, we will send you a confirmation email and then you can do it all over again and no need to register!
